GP&S Enterprises, LLC proudly offers Inertex SQS™ gasket material, which is a 100% expanded PTFE material. Manufactured by the isotropic expansion process, SQS™ material provides a highly fibrillated microstructure with nearly equal tensile strength in every direction. This unique structure maximizes performance predictability and stability while minimizing creep. Inertex SQS™ is engineered to replace all filled PTFE gasket materials as it doesn’t contain any filler and can greatly reduce inventory requirements through standardization. SQS™ material is very soft and extremely compressible with relatively light torque. It can be applied in FRP, plastic, and glass lined pipe and has an unlimited shelf life.
